SECTION 3 - ORDERS & PRICING
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All listed prices include applicable VAT for orders within Spain and the European Union. Shipping charges and applicable destination import duties or local customs taxes for orders outside the EU are the responsibility of the purchaser.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS
Shipments are dispatched via licensed logistics carriers (including Mail Boxes Etc. and partnered courier networks). Under European consumer protection regulations, risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon physical receipt of the parcel by the customer or an appointed third party.

SECTION 5 - HYGIENE & COSMETIC RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Returns and cancellations are strictly governed by our Refund Policy. Due to public health and hygiene regulations (Article 103 of Spanish Consumer Protection Act / EU Directive), cosmetic and hair care products that have been unsealed, opened, or used after delivery are ineligible for return.

All trademarks, brand names, product designs, proprietary botanical formulations, imagery, text, and logos associated with KÁRITI EVO and AMAÉ ESENCIA are the exclusive intellectual property of AMAÉ ESENCIA Global Business S.L. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Girona, Spain, without prejudice to statutory mandatory consumer forums.
