Refund & Return Policy

At KARITÍ EVO, we are committed to delivering the highest quality botanical haircare products. If you need to request a return, please review our terms below:

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all security seals intact.

2. Health & Hygiene Exceptions (Cosmetics)
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, cosmetic and personal care items that have been unsealed, opened, or used after delivery are strictly non-returnable due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

3. Damaged or Broken Items in Transit
If your parcel arrives with external transit damage:
- Record the damage on the carrier delivery receipt.
- Take clear photos of the damaged box and affected items.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@karitievocurly.com with your order number and photos. We will process an immediate replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. Return Shipping
To initiate a voluntary return (unopened product), contact info@karitievocurly.com. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our facilities, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. The amount will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
