Due to the nature of our premium cosmetic and hair care products, and in accordance with strict hygiene and consumer safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, unsealed, or altered after delivery.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return under this right:

  • The product must remain unused and unopened.

  • The original safety seal must be intact.

  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
